When will my order arrive?

Delivery time depends on the item. Most orders arrive in 5 to 18 days, and every product page shows its own delivery window for the US.

Will it arrive before Christmas?

Delivery windows vary by item, so the earlier you order, the safer your Christmas delivery. Check your item's delivery window on its product page. We'd rather tell you now than disappoint you later.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not right now. US addresses only.

How do bundles work?

Add 2 items and you save 7%. Add 3 and you save 10%. The discount shows up in your cart automatically.

How much is shipping?

Free on orders of $50 or more. Otherwise a flat $4.99.

Can I return something?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery. See Shipping & Returns for the details.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I add a gift note?

Our gifts ship straight from our partners' warehouses, so we can't tuck a card in the box. You can still leave a note for us in your cart, and we read every one.
